Mike, Linda is right. The current trend is to start on an agonist. Although, I don't think that 800mg of Sinement CR is a large dose. Personally I don't care for the CR, but that's me. It may work for you. Everybody's different. For comparison I take 10-12 Sinemet per day, pluse permax and Comtan.
