profession accepted the theory. They also say that the American diet is too
high in protein and should be low in salt and low in sugar. They have been
proven to be a very healthy diet for Heart Conditions, Diabetes, and Weight
loss. Professional athletes. in such demanding activities as the Triathalon
have used their diet with success. They have an 800 number you can get and
call them.
I believe I am alive today after several major heart attacks because of the
Pritikin program. I highly recomend it.
