Dearest Andrea:
Yes, two weeks ago when you were with us on the sunny banks of the
South Thompson River, who could even have imagined the horrors of
yesterday. Our hearts really do ache for the families that have lost
loved ones, and for those that have lost close friends. Even worse,
friends and families may be left with a bottomless void when, as is
conceivalbe, no traces of loved ones are ever recovered.
Our thoughts are certainly with you, Andrea, and the many others in
America that we have come to love, both professionally and personally.
