PIEN Members,

I'm giving Richard Mirisola the benefit of the doubt and tell you that
somebody has somehow stolen his user ID and is sending out a virus (file:
setup.pif) with it. I just received a private e-mail from that address with
the subject line saying that it was a response to something I posted within
the last hour. The message was a counterfeit of a reply header ("Rees
Jenkins wrote.....") with an attachment. The only thing that the sender
wrote was, "Take a look to the attachment." Against my better judgment, I
downloaded the attachment, and my Norton Antivirus immediately caught a virus
in it. Per my setup instructions, the antivirus software immediately
destroyed the bug. I waited until after I searched my directory and ran an
antivirus scan on my entire disk before sending this to you.

Richard Mirisola, wherever you are, please get rid of that virus!

Rees Jenkins
