Friends--
from another list, I received this URL---it contains amazingly
beautiful and moving photos of people all around the world joining
with our beloved country in mourning--
and note that several are from Muslim countries like Palestine----
I was especially moved to see the little girl in Mink, Belarus
(formerly part of Russia), praying, because in 1921-22, just before
I was born, my parents were among Quaker workers from the USA and
Britain doing child feeding there in the famine that followed World
War 1 .
