Sami - I was into Mannatech nutrients for some time, even being a representative for them , investing a great deal of money. It became obvious to me that it will only help you if you BELIEVE it will, which goes to show you, it's all MIND OVER MATTER. So I can't truthfully say it helps or not helps, but it did deplete my savings MORE than it did to help me.
