Paul,

You are right. It is important not to give up on meds.
Finding a doctor willing to let you try the different
combinations is pretty important when your meds are causing
problems. I will say with comtan we almost gave up because
it took nearly 10 weeks to find the balance for Nancy. In
the beginning all it seemed to to was turn her urine orange.

Bob,

Comtan may work the best for Nancy.  For other patients all
Comtan does is make the urine orange.

You have to keep trying them till you find one (if any) that
work.  Tasmar requires testing but is worth it if
you get the
needed benefit.

As with all PD meds you have to find what works for each
individual patient.
