Quoting Abe Lieberman:

B-6 at 15 mg or less is fine with sinemet.
Above this level it may interfere with the effectiveness of sinemet.

Quoting Kathrynne Holden:

There are some concerns regarding B vitamins for people with PD, though
not specifically with deficiency of B6. Long-time users of Sinemet have
sometimes been found to have increased levels of serum homocysteine
compared to people who have not used Sinemet. Homocysteine is normally
cleared from the blood by vitamins B6, B12, and folate, working
together.
