My husband, Jamie, had a terrible reaction to Comtan. He became so frozen that he could barely move - and also developed watery diarrhea. A week after he went off the med his symptoms disappeared. He has since refused to take Tasmar or Comtan....no matter how many times his neurologist has suggested that the dosing of either med could be refined, thus relieving his PD symptoms.
