HI, Jo Ann and you don't offend me. All those wars and millions of deaths
I"ve taught about for 25 yrs do. I'm 65 and I'm fortunate that no one in my
family has been killed in any of the wars of the 20th century. I just care
about all those who have in all the world's wars and will lose their lives as
the violence is repeated.

How do we punish the "specific" perpetrators of these horrible acts? They
are already dead. So far we don't kill people before they commit a crime, or
do we? This is going to be a really difficullt one, "to get em" as I just
heard Bush repeat on TV.

Is it too much to ask that we consider understanding or modifying our
foreign policy and position of "neutrality" In the world?. WWI was the "war
to end all wars", maybe that is the real "intellectual claptrap and drivel"
I guess there is really no hope, the violence must continue. Thanks for
responding, we should keep talking. Obviously our problems are not going to
be solved easily. Rayilyn
