From our conversation with Dr. Montgomery at the Cleveland Clinic, the side effects are not few and they are not minimal. As he put it, depending where you are with PD, you may consider them minimal. But also, you may feel they are very high risks, which is the case with my husband. Someday, he may not feel this way.
