I've received the following post, and know enough to understand that
it is about his father, a PWP.
I have no idea what he is asking, or how to respond. Can anyone
translate this for me?

pertenezco al grupo de Parkinson de la Internet desde
hace tres aŅos, le presento el siguiente caso, Mi
padre tiene 59 aŅos, tiene Parkinson desde hace 10
aŅos, por situaciones econŪmicas bastante dificiles
las cuales puedo probar, ya no puedo como hijo
comprarles las medicinas para poder mantenerlo estable
y con vida, ruego a la InstituciŪn que ustedes tienes
si existe alguna forma de ayuda para el, es una vida
humana, no es Estadounidense pero si un ser humano,
aqui es Costa Rica esta enfermedad es poco comn y no
existe ninguna asociaciones o instituciones de ayuda,
que posibilidades reales existen de una ayuda.

su ayuda.
