Actually, according to Dr. Abraham Lieberman, it is felt that 6 ounces of
Fava Beans is equivalent to one Sinemet 25/100.  He's had a lot of people
try them for their off periods, eating 6 ounces between two Sinemet doses.
My own mother has also tried them and they significantly reduced her off
time.
