There is no Boston General Hospital.  Instead there is the Massachusetts
General Hospital which has an excellent reputation in basic research and
surgery for Parkinson's Disease.  The Chief is Anne Young, who does research
in Movement Disorders, and John Growdon, who has been involved in research
in Parkinsonism and in Alzheimer's Disease.  The following is a link to that

In Boston also, there is a Parkinson's Disease program at Boston University.
