Dear Norma,
For years night leg cramps have been associated with lack of Calcium in the
diet. May I suggest you check how much you are truely getting in your diet
and supplement with a Cal-Mag-Phosphorus liquid, which is usually available
in a few different flavors. and can be purchased at Doctors Trust on the web
or at your local health store. It could be the simplist of solutions( no pun
intended) and may help you with your foot cramping.   DL
