Hi,

Baclofen has helped me. (10mg tablets--1/2 to 1 tab, 2 or 3x/day) gets rid of my
toes curling upward (even in closed shoes), and twisting inward of my right foot
and hand.  I have not perceived any side effects or downside from this drug. Hope
you are successful with it too--good luck.
