Marilyn, I did dump it all, but second toe is bent like a tent, little toe is pulling out of socket, don't know what I will do as I get worse. Just take one day at a time. Sinemet definitely made it worse, trust me. This may not case with others. I read in book that it could exacerbate it, but some say no, I say yes, for me.
