Hello Sharon and list,

The reason I didn't answer initially is because I felt like I have already
taken up a lot of space here with my updates since my surgery. But if it
will help anyone else, here goes.........

Diane

Subject: DBS survey

sinemet, klonipin, My symptoms were bad. I had to be in bed by about
7:00pm, because if I moved much after that I would lock up. It was awful.

> THIS SURGERY HAS BEEN A MIRACLE IN MY CASE. I HESITATE NOW TO SAY VERY
MUCH BECAUSE I KNOW IT COULD PROBABLY HELP MANY OTHERS, BUT THOSE PEOPLE ARE
UNABLE TO HAVE IT FOR ONE REASON OR THE OTHER.
IT MAKES ME FEEL SAD FOR THE THOUSANDS WHO SUFFER EACH DAY, FROM THIS
HORRENDOUS DISEASE..

IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THINKING ABOUT IT, I WOULD SAY "GO FOR IT" IF
YOU CAN. I FEEL AS IF I HAVE BEEN GIVEN MY LIFE BACK. THINGS ARE NOT
100%, BUT THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN I COULD EVER HAVE HOPED FOR.

THANKS FOR LISTENING,

DIANE
