.The last I read was that Johnny Cash gave up on his doctor's team, & was out of their offices saying he felt he never had SDS! I cannot recall any more of the details, but I remember commenting to myself that he seemed to know that disease well, and it does sound like he is correct, that he had been misdiagnosed.
