Melba, If it works for you, use it. It works for me. I've been using it since late 1991. It does not appear to be a protectant as it was originally hyped some advocates, but it does make the dopamine last longer. My parkinsons meds are Requip 1.25 mg x 3d, Amantidine 100mg x 2d and now seligiline 5 mg x 2 d.
