Dear All: I underwent DBS/STN operation in July. In general, I am happy with the result of surgery. However, the drug induced dyskinesea has been a major problem since operation. Before surgery, I suffered from biphase dyskinesea with the off-phase more severe than on-phase. Now the entire period of on is accompanied by painful dyskinesea. I am told that it would eventually go away. I wonder if anyone has had the same experience and how long it takes for the dyskinesea to wane. Thank you very much in advance for your kind response.
