Ron I was told to stay off the Internet when I was first dx .(4 yrs. ago) as it was too depressing and full of whacko's. I stayed off for three years. If I knew then what I know now............and I know this is old news. When I decided to run with it and try the things you talk about it helped my state of mind - which helps everything else. I have the acceptance I never thought I would have - and that is my motivation. I love hearing your wife is 70 yrs. young.. Inspiring.
