Hi Lorraine, Just my two cents. I'm amazed that you can see any benefit from such a small dose of Requip. Requip has a high dosing range, and although there is always individual responses to therapy, .25 mg, that is 1/4 mg 3t/day is far less than what I thought was a therapeutic dose, which I believe is 6 to 7 mg per day, or, say, 2 mgs 3 times per day. Is your neuro intending to titrate up your dose? I'm curious to know what benefit you're getting from having added it. For what it's worth I take Requip (3 mg) 4 times a day usually with food, and sinemet before or long after meals, 4 times per day (25/10). It's interesting to see how very different individual responses are.
