Hi John, Thanks for the warm welcome! My full name is Chuck Bussenger, I'm 33 recently married with no kids, yet! I live just outside Washington DC, in Woodbridge Virginia. I've had PD for almost a year now, I was diagnosed last November, when I thought I had Carpal Tunnel. Same here too, nothing is really getting better, but my current doctor did take me off of medication. My previous doctor put me on it too soon he said. I agree, it was really doing no good, except my hand is a lot more rigid. I'm new to this, so I haven't found any local support groups to go to, but I'd like to. I have so much I want to know!! I also have to agree with you on the 'long life' part, I've been told I'm pretty stuborn, and I don't plan to let this get me down!!
