Hi JoAnn, I might be I do not know. I am Janice live in California, dx over 4 years and am 54 years old. I have, or should say get tremors when I am very tired or over work myself. I am on Requip and Sinemet. I run to keep my muscles in good form and do yoga. I have had bad balance but when I started to run it has helped me loads. I use to be in the chat room and know Joan Carol Ted and RO those are names that where in the chatroom.
