Jo Ann,
You are right about the depression, I run also about 20 miles a week. It
took a good year before I was able to run well I ran my first 10K last year.
I did not do it this  year to many things in the pot. I can't believe how
much it has helped me. I also have yago tapes and some not even opened. I
like the class much better with a group of people. It is nice to know you Jo
Ann, how long have you had PD or is it your spouse? Janice
