I had dyskinesia with Sinemet CR.  It seemed to me that the CR was
releasing too much levodopa over too short a period.  My current
neuro switched me to regular release, and this reduced dyskinesia
significantly.

Do your off periods seem worse for the next dose following a meal and
in proportion to the amount of protein or fat ingested or the size of
the meal?

Is your neuro a PD or movement disorder specialist (MDS)?  If so, and
your diet and meds are tuned to the max, have you discussed the
possibility of DBS?

If you'e not seeing a MDS, it might be a good idea to consult one
about whether your sinemet dose is too strong and/or you would do
better with regular release.
