Rob, thanx for warning. I"ve been taking "Headache PM" which has d-hydramine HCI in it. This doc said it was OK to take over long period of time. I'm really "down" on any kind of medicine. Since I'm sick, I've had no trouble sleeping, so I stopped taking it.
