Dear new members ,
FWIW,
On my experience (diagnosed since 1995) I do take a small dose o levodopa
since then and take NO suplements, but I enrich my meals with vegies and fruits
and
also love sport and exercise . The progress in the tremor of my right hand is
very slow so far since then .
