Dear Joao, I was diagnosed in 1997, I take a small amount of Sinemet that is carbidopa and levodopa. I run and do yoga to keep in shape, I have bad balance and the running and yoga help me there. I also have tremor in my right hand and arm, and if I have had a hard day no sit down time then I have a shuffle in the evening. I also take Requip and do lots of vitamins and eat well.
