Janice, will you give me your particulars on ReQuip:
how long have you been taking it?  How much?  Has it made a difference?  And
any other particulars you can think of.  I have just been prescribed ReQuip
and am hesitating to start on it. Also what amount of Sinemet are you
taking?  Thank you
