Dear Bob,
Regarding diet for PD, it's different for everyone, depending on age,
gender, medications used, stage of PD, any coexisting conditions, etc.
If you are using regular Sinemet, it should be taken about 30 minutes
before meals; Sinemet CR can be taken with meals, though it will be
longer before it takes effect.

Could you tell the list more about yourself, any specific concerns you
may have, nausea, etc., that would be helpful in providing answers.

Regarding war service, a number of servicemen have reported neurological
conditions following Viet Nam and the Gulf war, you could search the
PIEN archives for past discussion of etiologies of Parkinson's. If you'd
like to search, go to:

Best regards,
Kathrynne
