My question to canadians on the list: has anyone had experience going to one of the Mayo clinics for another medical opion or help with management of PD? I understand they are well set up for referrals, in particular, Rochester & Scottsdale. Costs? Advice? Names of the "best" neurologists at any one of these clinics? Thanks.
