Not exactly.  Parky's can take the B6 supplement , it just has to be timed
such that it does not interfere with absorption of sinemet. So, it is
usually taken at bedtime when sinemet is usually not taken.
I take B6 twice a day but then again I dont take sinemet anymore.  Rob
