Dear Shirley, Do you have Parkinson's? I would like to know for I also have bad pain in my shoulder the right one on the side that is affected with PD I also have trouble with my left hip. I have had work done on them, it has helped with the shoulder. The work I talk about is cranio sacral and myofascial therapy on my shoulder it did help but the lady left and I had to try someone else and she was not as good. In fact she made my hip really hurt. I do yoga and also run for my exercise. My hip and shoulder mess with my sleep at night. Thanks for anything you might have for me.
