Glucosamine/Chondroitin are natural substances (no drug side effects) that
has been used in the veterinary industry for decades -- and have worked
wonders for a number of people I know who take them for joint problems,
arthritis, etc.  They seem to work best in combination rather than singly.
And the key is to be patient as it does take time.
