Please read about benefits of these supplement at the following web
site:http://www.vitaminusa.com/vitamins-coenzymeq10.html
I am also taking this supplement. I have heard of recommendation of
utmost 100mg a day in divided doses. Make sure it is from reputable
company. This coezyme has a wide use. My husband, a PD patient, felt
worse while using it. When I spoke to nutritionist, a friend of ours,
she stressed it be used to start with 100mg doze than go into lower,
then stop for a while and start all over again. The point she was making
was to stimulate the system at intervals. This is just her point of
view, you may get from somebody else a very different advise.Just a
little note: My husband, a PD patient, felt that his appetite has
decreased
while using it. At the same time he was on primrose oil as well. Now he
is not using either. At the moment he is using Calcium/Magnesium,
vitamin C and vitamin E. However, each case is different. Hope this
information is helpful to you.
