I highly recommend the Tuffcare Freedom Cart [their model R170]. It has provided me with a new lease on life. Its configuration is very unique, i.e., dual bicycle type hand brakes [very useful for steering when I'm especially spastic], can be configured with either a plastic tray or a seat and it has a removable, large basket as well. The Tuffcare web site is located at... http://www.tuffcare.com and then follow the links to their walking aids or go directly there at this URL... http://www.tuffcare.com/prod06.htm. One warning I'd like to extend, however, is that you must have a modicum of forward and backward balance control, in that this is a wheeled walker... ask your neurologist for his/her opinion. I wish you the best of good fortune...
