I'm not a great authority on teh matter, but its well-know that so-called autonomic problems are associated with PD. That includes excessive saliva which is quite common and also the movement of the digestive system.

Sorry can't really suggest any treatments but just thought i'd let you know that it is most probably associated with the PD
