I am so sorry to hear about your father's fatal act; especially if it could have been avoided. I don't know if there is any help for you there, but check out the LewyBody Disease Association (LBDA). This disease is a Parkinsons Plus disorder which your father might have had. You might want to educate them on the risks involved which should be conveyed to caregivers.
