Shekhar - I do have some kind of lists from different Lists, but only two of
them are systematized till now.
And surely, there are best practice guides not only by more expereinced PWPs
but also by experts.
I suggest you to join the Ask the Dietitian, the Ask the Doctor, and at last
but not at least, look up the archives of the PIEN.
By the way, Kathrynne Holden MS, MR (author of the super-book Eat well, stay
well and The Dietitian who answers your questions) is a member of this
list - so you can write her directly on this list, if you want to. Dr. Abe
Libermann (Ask the Doctor) usually answers your question in a day... So does
Kathrynne, too!

BTW, I would like doing/participating in such research. And, of course, I
send you some of my "collections" if you give me the information in what
special items are you interested in.

My best wishes

I am for ever struggling with diet and the effects of eating protein at the
wrong time. Medication dosage and timing is another issue which is
mysterious and unpredictable. Are there any best practice guides or rules
of thumb which might help relatively inexperienced PWP's like me to learn
from other peoples experiences and mistakes. Has anyone on this list
compiled a list of best practices which we could share. Is there anyone on
this list who is interested in doing such research or has done it?

Just think how valuable properly compiled anecdotal/ experiential best
practice could be to fellow PWP's. I for one would be interested.

I am 53 diagnosed 4 years ago.
