Yes, the same with Ted.  Now that he has stopped eating protein in the
mornings, what a difference!  Also, we have discovered that fish protein has
very little, if any, negative effects.  Plus it is quite healthy.  And if he
doesn't take his medications before a meal and takes them after the meal, it
can be slow going too.

I can alwas predict a "bad" day if I eat protein
before lunch.   My medicatiion just never "kicks in" properly.  so I try to
avoid  protein at breakfast
particularly if I have plans fo the day.

I also have to be careful about getting overly tired.
