Ervin, I'm still sticking with the 300 as it seems to be doing the job at this time, I have, however, added l-carnitine and the alpha lipoic acid to my rather extensive list - seems to be working in terms of extending my ability to "last longer" and have better energy. At this time, the anti-oxidants such as the extensive C, E, NADH, melatonin, etc. are doing their job. It is nice to see that the rest of my protocall that I based on the mitochondrial disfunction approach seems to be borne out by this latest study. Keep us posted on what is working for you as we deal with Mr. Parkinson ....
