what sad news!
even after that serious "pruning" job?
are they kicking out all 25 of their "non-local" lists?

whatever will become of the archives?
they are a literal parkinson gold-mine - yikes - 8 years of info ...

is the decision final? or negotiable?
could some of us contribute funds to change U of T's mind?

i've copied below the info on the listserv software version
that we are currently using

(at the same web site, there are lists of other universities
using the same software, in case anyone knows anyone [!] there)
