Our  government has planned for the that potential 2 month gap between the time when one is awarded SSDI and when one actually receives that \\regular monthly stipend. it's called the (Barb gets ready to duck 'n run) <wee smirk> "The Suck in yer belt Sec 43675.5-K"Amendment.

OH GAWD, aren't ya glad to be alive in the long anticipated New Melinium>.Somehow we'll make it, but nobody ever promised us that'd be easy!

But realize that there is a 6 month waiting period plus the month in which
you apply and if your birthday is in the last week of the month your actual
wait before you get a penny will be more like eight months
