WOW! I read the resolution, and paragraph six is phenomenal. The
purpose of the resolution, of course, is to recognize April as Parkinson's
month, but such a policy statement and recognition of needs can have far
reaching results down the road. Is Maine going to pass legislation and
appropriate funds to achieve the recognized needs in paragraph six? Katie
