Bill thelin of the Working Class caucus of the CCCCs sent this message to me
as chair of the Canadian caucus. He is looking for a show of support for the
three statements outlined below. I suggested that the CASLL group would be a
good place to talk these issues over, followed by a vote at the Inkshed
business meeting perhaps.
I suggest the following procedure:
- email me directly ([log in to unmask]) with your vote in favor of
one, two or all three propositions before May 8. I will compile these votes
and add them to those gathered at the conference in PEI. The total will be
presented to those at the business meeting and we will decide based upon
those votes what kind of expression of support would be appropriate (if
any). I will copy the response generated at the conference to this list.
