I DO NOT  BELIEVE PART A CAN BE BOUGHT.   IT IS ALWAYS FREE AND YOU HAVE TO
BE ON SSDI FOR 2 YEARS IF NOT 65.  [FOR PART B YOU ALSO HAVE TO BE ON SSDI
FOR 2 YEARS IF YOU ARE NOT 65 - IT IS ABOUT $50/MONTH - THEY TAKE IT OUT OF
YOUR SSDI CHECK]
