Hi Bruce, if you are using Outlook Express: 1. go to the Main Menu - the one you get when you first start it. 2. select tools 3. highlight message rules - select Mail 4. start choosing your options for the new rule. Follow the prompts, if it becomes too hard, e-mail me and I will "walk" you through it.
