Several months ago my husband (non PD) was driving himself and everyone
else crazy with a persistent cough for which no one could find a
reason. Then I read on this forum about a persistent cough being a side
effect of the blood pressure medication Zestril. He had been taking
Zestril for over a year. His doctor prescribed a substitute medication
and the cough disappeared.
